What does NeoApex Saver do?
NeoApex Saver is a government subsidy consultant in Ahmedabad: we work out which state and central incentives a Gujarat manufacturing unit qualifies for, file the claims and follow each one until it is paid. That covers 15+ services, from VGIP 2026 capital, interest and power tariff subsidy to electricity duty exemption, MOOWR and EPCG, for MSME, large and mega units.
Which incentives can a new manufacturing unit in Gujarat claim in 2026?
A new MSME under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026 can claim capital subsidy of up to 35% of its eligible fixed capital investment, interest subsidy of 7% a year on its term loan and a power tariff subsidy of ₹2 or ₹1 a unit, within one combined ceiling. Large, mega and ultra mega units have their own slabs. A new unit also pays no electricity duty for five years, and machinery importers can use MOOWR or, if they export, EPCG.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the eligibility check is free and carries no obligation. Send your location, sector and investment plan and we reply within one working day with the schemes that apply and what each is worth.
Where do you work?
Across every major industrial area of Gujarat: Vapi, Sarigam and Umbergaon; Surat, Sachin and Hazira; Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Jhagadia and Dahej; Vadodara, Savli and Halol; Ahmedabad, Vatva, Naroda, Sanand, Changodar and Dholera; Kadi, Mehsana and Becharaji; Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar; and Mundra, Gandhidham and Anjar in Kutch. The taluka sets the Category A or Category B rate, so we confirm it in writing before you file.
Do you work with large, mega and ultra mega projects, or only MSMEs?
Both. VGIP 2026 has one scheme for MSMEs and another for Large, Mega and Ultra Mega units, and we file under both. A unit with plant and machinery above ₹125 crore registers with the Industries Commissionerate before commercial production or by 8 December 2026, whichever is later; its capital subsidy is 10% to 35% of eligible fixed capital investment, paid over 8 to 12 years.
Can an existing unit claim for an expansion?
Yes. VGIP 2026 covers new units, expansions and diversifications, with investment counted from 1 January 2026 and commercial production between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2031. An expansion also gets the electricity duty exemption on its own consumption when the new plant and machinery is at least 50% of the existing gross block, and it needs its own sub-meter for the power tariff subsidy.
What do we need to send for the free eligibility check?
Send the plant’s taluka or GIDC estate, the sector and product, the split of the investment between land, building and plant and machinery, the term-loan plan and the expected date of commercial production; for an expansion, the existing gross block of plant and machinery as well. We reply within one working day with the schemes that apply and what each is worth.
